PLPA Pressure Switch
The PLPA/PLPF(PS11) series is a field adjustable or factory set compact pressure switch with a set point range at 0.55 to 12 psi. The standard diaphragm is Nitrile Standard. (Optional Viton and EPDM diaphragms are available.) The 5 amp snap action micro-switch is rated for more than 106 cycles thus ensuring long life when operated at the recommended conditions. PDAH Pressure Switch
The PDAH series is a field adjustable model from 10 to 5000 psi dependant upon spring type and actuator diameter. The maximum overpressure is 600 Bar (9000 psi). The standard Nitrile elastomer diaphragm is compatible with a wide range of fluids as well as being ideal for pneumatic systems. Optional Viton and EPDM diaphragms are available. PDCA Single Set Point Pressure Switch
The PDCA model is an inline, compact pressure switch that is field adjustable from 0.35 Bar (5 psi) to 420 Bar (6000 psi) rising pressure dependant upon the combination of spring rate to actuator area. The "cushion" supported diaphragm, used on all switches where system pressures exceed 35 Bar (500m psi) is a proven concept which prevents any extrusion of the elastomer diaphragm even at pressures of up to 545 Bar (8000 psi). Optional diaphragm materials include Nitrile (standard), Viton and EPR The standard electrical circuit used is a three wire, 5 amp, snap action microswitch. The temperature range is -40°F to +180°F (250°F Viton) Repeatability is ±1%. TOP

CFIS Pressure Switch
CFIS industrial pressure and temperature swiches may be sealed for environmental protection. They are vibration resistant and ruggedly built to provide reliable protection or automatic control of processes and equipment. Designed for direct or remote mounting on equipment, they offer a low cost solution to most control requirements. The industrial microswitch models offer a special differential adjustable microswitch rated at 20 amps. This precision, snap-action switch meets or exceeds most industrial and military specifications for reliability, electrical capacity and long life. All switches are adjustable within their specified operating range. At the adjusted set point the snap-action switch is operated by the cartridge mechanism, and the circuit is either closed or opened depending on the desired wiring. The adjustable deadband determines the point at which the switch returns to its pre-selected position. The range of deadband (differential) adjustment will depend upon the set point of the switch. This range will be approximately 10% to 25% of the set point value depending upon the spring rate at that particular setting. The standard housing of the switch is reinforced nylon, which, when closed with weatherproof electrical contact are in conformance with NEMA 13 specifications. TOP

PDDA Differential Switch
The PDDA differential pressure switch is ideal for the monitoring of filters. The set point can either be factory set or field adjustable. The adjustable range is dependent upon the spring rate which is factory installed. Standard features of the differential switch include a 5 amp snap action microswitch. The electrical connection is DIN 43650C IP65 - Terminals IP00. Optional ports and diaphragm materials are available on request. TOP

PJDA Differential Switch
The PJDA differential pressure switch represents a breakthrough in compact, low system pressure differential switches. The sensing diaphragm only operates when the difference between the High and Low rises or falls to the adjusted conditions. The set point can either be factory set or field adjustable through the low pressure port. The adjustable range is dependent upon the spring rate which is factory installed. Standard features of the differential switch include a 5 amp snap action microswitch and SPDT circuit (3 wire). The electrical connection is DIN 43650A either with a cable connection or 1/2in. conduit. Optional ports and diaphragm materials are available on request. TOP
