GEVA 80 Operator

These valves are based on the GEVA 80 operator

Due to its relatively low power consumption, the valve can be directly operated from an electronic controller. The valves are used mainly in pneumatic applications as a pilot valve, but can be used for gas, water and light oils.

LEGO Manifolds

Overview

GEM-SOL solenoid valves are designed to be mounted on a sub-base or on an appropriate counterpart adapted to this valve type. This version is suitable for mounting any number of valves on the same sub-base plate. Any combination of 2/2 or 3/2 way normally closed or open may be grouped together. The modular manifold design enables to achieve any manifold length. This system allows a wide program of control or automation in minimum space and maximum rationalization.

Pilot Assisted Diaphragm Control Valve

These general purpose solenoid valves with are internally piloted but are not fitted with manual override. This servo system is a well proven system offering low power consumption with high pressure capabilities. The valves are ideal for use on installations with difficult access, such as car washers.

GEVA P80-S

Overview

Model Geva P80-S The Model (P1477)Geva P80-S Solenoid Valve is a servo assisted valve with a glass reinforced nylon body. It is recommended for general applications where high flow is required. It has a manual override and is a low cost option for use on water with replacable coils or simple voltage changes.

can be supplied in basic diaphragm valve form or with a flow regulator on top of the diaphragm to adjust the amount it can open

Overview

Model Geva P80 - 0 The Model Geva 80P - 0 Solenoid Valve has a glass reinforced nylon body with diaphragm spring assist on opening. It is recommended for low headloss applications where flow and pressures may vary or where there is no pressure at all, it uses an external pressure source like mains water supply to close against the spring pressure this valve is idealy suited to use on water storage tanks or places where there is limited water pressure

Namur 3/2 Way Solenoid Valve for Pneumatic Actuators with Namur Interface

These Gem-Sol solenoid valves with NAMUR plate designed to be mounted on an appropriate actuator maunting facia.

A closed circuit system is also available for use in a contaminated installation.

Valves are rated at 12bar or below. Higher pressures are available on request.

Coils are rated AC 8 Watt or DC 10 Watt.

Namur 5/2 Way Solenoid Valves for Pneumatic Actuators with Namur Interface

Baccara's 5/2 Way Namur Solenoid Valve Series are suitable for direct mounting onto Pneumatic Rotary actuators for both double acting and spring return configurations with Namur interface.

Optional Extras include

• an LED Indicator Plug which shows when power is applied to the coil. This indicator may be used as an aid in fault finding and for Power Indication
• Exhaust silencers which protect the valve from the buildup of dirt and rubbish and reduces wear and tear.
• Flow Restrictors which regulate the movement of the actuator for smoother operation
